How we use AI, and where we don't
AI tools generate scenes, motion and voiceover, which is how we can offer this scope at this price. AI can also get products wrong: a changed label, an extra strap, a colour slightly off. So a person checks every frame against your real product, and anything that doesn't match is fixed or cut.

Questions
How do I pay the deposit?
Send the booking form. Within one working day we reply to confirm your product is a good fit, with an invoice for €124.50 and payment instructions. Work starts once the deposit has arrived and we have usable photos. The other €124.50 is invoiced after your revision round.
What will I pay in pounds, and what about VAT?
€249 is about £209 at the 23 Oct 2026 rate; your bank or card sets the exact figure. We're a Belgian studio and invoice in euros. For UK VAT-registered businesses we don't add Belgian VAT on business services; you account for any UK VAT yourself under the reverse charge. Your accountant can confirm how this applies to you.
Are the samples real client work?
No. Dozenook and Soft Ember Co are invented brands we use to show our style. We don't show client logos or results because we won't invent them. Your pilot is built from photos of your own product.
What counts as “usable assets”?
Clear photos of the real product from several angles, or a 30-second phone video, plus your logo. If your photos are only renders or too low resolution, we'll say so before you pay the deposit.
Will the ads increase my sales?
We can't promise that, and you should be wary of anyone who does. We promise finished ads, made to your approved brief, ready for you to test.
Do you run the ads?
No. You or your media buyer run them, so your ad account stays in your hands.
Why is there no free trial?
Each pilot takes real production time and paid generation credits. A small, fixed fee keeps the scope clear on both sides.
Who owns the files?
Once both invoices are paid, you can use the delivered files in your own advertising without limit. We show your work in our portfolio only if you agree.
